The fully equipped La Villa is a spacious part of the formally residence of the owners of the Hotel Villa Roca. On more than 1000 square feeds La Villa offers a big living room, two bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms, full kitchen, a dining room with ocean view and a private terrace.
The master bedroom with ocean view has a king size bed. The second bedroom with garden view includes a queen size bed. The living room invites you to watch cable-TV or to relax by listening your favorite music.
The kitchen has all you need for preparing a perfect dinner or ask about arranging a gourmet chef. Enjoy the great ocean view and take a sunbath on the large terrace.

The rates for the High Season are:
One or two persons US$ 350 *
Three or four persons US$ 440 *

The rates for the Low Season are:
One or two persons US$ 185 *
Three or four persons US$ 230 *

* Please add 13% sales tax.

Full breakfast included.

High Season is from November 15th through April 15th.
