The fully equipped La Villa is a spacious part of the formally residence of the 
owners of the Hotel Villa Roca. On more than 1000 square feeds La Villa offers a big living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, a dining room with ocean view and a private terrace.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom a queen size bed.  
The living room invites you to watch cable-TV or to relax by listening your favourite 
music. The kitchen has all you need for preparing a perfect dinner or ask about arranging 
a gourmet chef. Enjoy the great ocean view and take a sunbath on the large terrace.

The rates in the High Season are:  

One or two persons US$ 320 *
Three or four persons US$ 420 *


The rates in the Low Season are:  

One or two persons US$ 180 *
Three or four persons US$ 230 *


* Rates are per night plus 16,39 % taxes.
Full breakfast included.

High Season is from November 15th through April 15th.
